Scope of This Policy
Eagle Crest Cars provides independent used car analysis, listing review, vehicle history review, market comparison, pre-purchase checklist preparation, and buyer decision support. This policy applies to cancellation requests related to those services.
Cancellation Before Work Begins
Clients may request cancellation before Eagle Crest Cars begins reviewing the submitted vehicle, listing, history report, or supporting materials. If no work has started, the request may be eligible for cancellation in full.
Because many services are time-sensitive and begin shortly after purchase or submission, clients should request cancellation as quickly as possible.
Cancellation After Work Has Started
Once Eagle Crest Cars has begun reviewing submitted materials, researching vehicle history, preparing analysis, comparing market data, or drafting a written recommendation, the service is considered in progress.
In-progress services may not be eligible for full cancellation because professional time, research, and advisory work have already been allocated to the request.
Completed Services
Once a written analysis, advisory conclusion, checklist, recommendation, or review has been delivered, the service is considered completed. Completed services are generally not eligible for cancellation.
Eagle Crest Cars does not guarantee that a client will purchase, reject, negotiate, or inspect a vehicle based on the delivered analysis. Our role is to provide independent advisory support and decision guidance.
Appointment Rescheduling
If a consultation call or review session is scheduled, clients may request to reschedule by contacting Eagle Crest Cars before the appointment time. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Missed appointments, late arrivals, or failure to provide necessary materials may delay the service and may not automatically qualify for cancellation.
Client Materials and Delays
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely materials, including vehicle links, seller information, photographs, vehicle history reports, inspection notes, or other relevant details.
Eagle Crest Cars is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information, inaccessible listings, removed vehicle posts, missing documents, or seller non-responsiveness.
